2025 Reunion

Marines, Family and Friends,

THE TIME IS HERE! Please find attached everything you need to register for our annual reunion. New this year, thanks to Rob McCutcheon computer guru, the last page (registration page) is auto fillable! You can print and hand fill out or type all your info in the fillable lines then save and either email to me or mail with your check. If paying via electronic means, please email your completed form.

 

DEADLINE for HOTEL reservation is 3 March to get our group rate.

 

DEADLINE for REGISTRATION is 14 March. Jim and I will be leaving MI on 30 March so everything needs to be received by the 14th so I can prepare all the other documents!

 

Of course, if you at the last minute decide to come, call/email me right away and I will work with you! Same goes with cancellations. You are responsible for your own hotel reservations and cancellations.  If you cancel the banquet or Welcome Aboard, I can only refund your money up to 7 days prior to event.

 

If you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, let me know ahead of time, if you can, so I can prefill the auction sheets. If not, I will have plenty there.

 

The ready room will be stocked with beer, wine, liquor, soda, water. It would help if we knew what you liked to drink. If not, it will be whatever the buyers purchase!

Also, bring your dollar bills for LCR (Left Center Right) during social times. Bev Conant and Pat Kelly will be there…. the past two big winners!

 

All dress is casual, however, try to dress nicer for the banquet. Tux, suites, cocktail dresses, Polo shirts, sweaters, ect are all acceptable.The Marines of the Year will be in either blues or green alphas.
